Membership Agreement and Security
Upon registering, members must agree to the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement, which addresses several key elements:
Confidentiality: Personal and financial data is protected under strict privacy policies.
Access: Only the registered member may access the Bicycle Parking Shed, container or box, with no sharing of access permitted.
Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge the inherent risks of storing personal property and agree to report any damage, theft, or vandalism through both the Call Center and local authorities.
Ownership of Bikes: Users are required to store only personally owned bicycles, excluding those from bikeshare programs or rental shops.
